What is Carey Tours’ Cancellation Policy?
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works to ensure the best experience for everyone:
Individual Reservations:
(<10 guests)
- Cancellation 48 hours or more in advance: 95% refund. (We charge you with a 5% cancellation fee).
- Cancellation less than 48 hours before the excursion: No refund. This is due to the costs associated with reserving your spot and scheduling our guides.
- Short notice changes to the itinerary (<48 hours before): We charge you with a 5% fee.
No show or late arrival for the tour: No refund.
Group Reservations:
(10 or more guests)
- Cancellation 30 days or more in advance: 95% Refund.
- Cancellation 30-15 days in advance: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 15 days before the tour: No refund. - Up to 15 days before the excursion, you can change the tour date without an extra fee.
- No show or late arrival for the tour: No refund.
